    Invincible (The first line is optional, with it you may get stuck to the sides of walls if you get real stuck turn it off for a bit, without it you won't be able to move for about 4 seconds every time you get hit. The entire code needs to be turned off at the end of levels to proceed.)

    So instead of doing codes specific for each character I decided to just lump it all into one code and try to explain it a bit. Any of the 8 of the 88s can be changed to a 4 or 0 to modify the level and it generally goes in order of the Character Modifiers, General Hawk through Snake Eyes. Sorry its a lot of lines but the alternative would of been the same.

    Maxed Out Levels All Weapons All Characters
    0647:88
    0648:88
    0649:88
    064A:88
    064B:88
    064C:88
    064D:88
    064E:88
    064F:88
    0650:88
    0651:88
    0652:88
    0653:88
    0654:88
    0655:88

    Weapon Modifier
    00BA:??

    If at anytime you can't move switch values or turn off
    00 = Punches
    01 = Gun
    02 = Crescent Blast 'will be glitchy unless you've already obtained it
    04 = Missile Launcher 'will be glitchy unless you've already obtained it

    I found this one before but didn't post it because it's kind of glitchy unless you already have the weapons which if that's the case you have no need for it, might get back to this to have the Crescent Blast and Missile Launcher from the beginning, which will be better than the Weapon Modifier, but I'll have to play through the game again since I didn't make too many save states.

    Character 1 Modifier
    0644:??

    Character 2 Modifier
    0645:??

    00 = General Hawk
    01 = Duke

    Should have some weapon modifier codes soon, I thought originally they were slot specific but they're character specific so I'll have to sort them out.

    I never did figure out how to hack invincibility codes. I leave that to the experts like you

    Also, I wasn't able to transform to the robot, which I think is also tied in with that code.

    The Formation Z invincible code works great, the only problem is that I think it makes the first boss invincible. He is a pain in the ass but I've plugged away at him for awhile and the bastard won't die. He is at the end of the sea area, about 2-3 minutes into the game.
    Thanks for bringing that up, I'll take another look at it, maybe you just have to turn it off at those times. It's hard with the types of games where one hit will kill you, but at least it works up to a point.

    Edit
    It does seem that the boss is tied into the same address, I tried looking for an alternative code but couldn't find anything else at the moment.
