Mega Man 7 (USA) (SNES)
Unicode, do you see why I didn't want to do your "Start with all equipment" request. This code is insane. It's 36 lines long. If I could ever figure out how to load and store indexed values, I could probably shave off approximately 10 lines.

You should know by now, how complicated it is to make these "Start with weapons/energy tanks/extra equipment" codes for the NES and SNES Mega Man games. On behalf of all the hackers here, I am going to suggest that you stop requesting these types of codes for the NES and SNES Mega Man games.Originally posted by Unicode View Post3. Start New Game With All Equipment - Rush Jet / Rush Search / S. Adapter / Beat / Beat Wristle / Proto Shield / Exit / Energy Balancer;
I'll look at requests 4 and 5 on your list later. You can also add another request for this game, since I'm not going to do the "Start New Game With All Equipment" request.Last edited by terpsfan101; 10-27-2017, 04:16:30 AM.

I now post my requests for Mega Man 7 (can you make them) according to your notes for my future requests:
1. Player's Temporary Invincibility After Getting Hit Last Longer / Much Longer / Maximum Possible Time;
2. Invincible to Spikes / Pits;
3. Start New Game With All Equipment - Rush Jet / Rush Search / S. Adapter / Beat / Beat Wristle / Proto Shield / Exit / Energy Balancer;
4. Small / Large Health and Weapon Capsules Restores More / Much More Health And Weapon Energy / Large Health / Weapon Capsules Refills Health / MegaMan Current Weapon's Completely;
5. Infinite Time For Energy / Weapon Pellets, Extra lives, Bolts, E-Tanks and W-Tanks Dropped By Enemies / Found By The Rush Search To Be Collected By Mega Man.
I actually had shortened (removed) majority of my Mega Man 7's requests now.Originally posted by terpsfan101 View PostAdvice Unicode should follow when requesting codes from any user:
1. Make fewer requests. No more than 5 requests per game.
2. Make less frequent requests. Don't post new requests immediately after your current requests have been completed.
3. Adjust your requests to the hacker's skill level. You should have a good idea by now what each hacker is capable of doing. Don't request codes that are beyond a hacker's skill level.

My first Multi-Jump code in 4+ years here, not counting Super Mario Bros., which is the easiest game in the world to make a Multi-Jump code for.

I now tested those codes and they're fine. That one for CastleVania 3 worked fine (it didn't crashed the game at boss battle unlike the previous one).Originally posted by terpsfan101 View Post
Unicode, I don't think that code can be fixed. The code affects two other ROM addresses that appear to be interfering with the boss battle. The code doesn't cause the glitch you described when patched into a headered ROM at offset 00A092. Anyway, try these out. They both need testing:

If you attempt to fight the first boss with it enabled, upon defeating him the game will crash shortly after! I had got this and after disabling the said code, at same point the game will proceed normally with the "Item Pickups don't disappear as fast" GG code switched off (beating the boss with any of the other your codes active still work too). Please fix this code - it seems incorrect and making the game to crash...
