    I was unable to find "Tank 28 Games by Y.S.", so if you want codes converted for this game you may have to pm me the rom. As far as continued hacks on these games, I may have to pass due to having to redo some codes for all 4 games.

    Wow... I completely read your previous post wrong. Your wanting codes for hacks of the original game instead of the original game... Teaches me to stay up late and hack requests. I'll see what I can do for those hacks (if I can find em all). Sorry about that...

    @Abystus, I know for exciting GG codes for Battle City. I'm tested these codes from database on "Missile Tank" hack, also on 2 similar hacks - "Tank 28 Games by Y.S." and "Tank 1990":
    1. Infinite Lives (by Whipon)
    2. Invincibility (by Whipon)
    3. Always Have Shield On Tank (by VisitntX)
    4. Enemies Cannot Beat Your Base (by megaman_exe)
    5. Infinite Freeze Time Once You Get A Clock (by megaman_exe)

    and all of these codes are working on all three Battle City hacks noted above, not on original game only.

    However, these codes:
    1. Start with 9 lives (by Whipon)
    2. Get 256 Seconds Of Freeze Time When You Get A Clock (by megaman_exe)

    don't work on none of three hacks - "Missile Tank", "Tank 28 Games by Y.S. (Battle City Hack)" and "Tank 1990". They will work only with original "Battle City" game.

    Some of your requests already exist here. Please check the database to see if it exists before requesting a code. I'll look into the remainder of your requests tomorrow, but some of them might not be possible for the specific levels only that you listed as these codes usually do it to all levels.
    I tested your new GameGenie codes on "Missille Tank" and "Tank 1990" hacks. Your "Auto Complete Levels" and "Press Start to Complete Current Level (Will disable pause feature.)" works perfectly on both Battle City hacks, but the "Base Cannot Be Destroyed (Shorter alternative to megaman_exe's code.)" code don't work on them, only on original game.

    Some of my requests for "Missile Tank" hack in post #400 are for things contained in this "Missile Tank" and some other Battle City hacks as "Tank 1990" and "Tank 28 Games by Y.S." that really doesn't exist in original game.

    Well I believe it would only work for games that have that feature built in such as "The Legend of Zelda" for the NES (Cleared screens stay that way until you move far enough away from them.) Some games just re-spawn their enemies regardless, so making a code that prevented it would be the same as a "No Enemy" code in the fact that it would prevent the game from loading the monsters initially. Games that do have the feature built in only save the last few cleared screens, and then overwrite that information when you move too far away (saving newly cleared screens in their place). I'm not sure its entirely possible since the memory used to hold the completed screens is overwritten by newly completed screens as you progress. I hope that makes sense.

    Nice codes. They can be added in database.

    I have a question about Missile Tank (Ch) - one most interesting hack of NES game "Battle City" (you can read for original game here). This hack contains 28 versions of the game inside, and a few features which is not present in original game:
    1. Games 01-07 and 15-21 are normal and in them only you can get bonuses when you hit red tank holding a power-ups similar to original Battle City game;
    2. Other games 08-14 and 22-28 are harder versions of respectively games 01-07 and 15-21. In them you can shoot a missiles (you start every game with three of them), as in these games exists and missile power-up too that gives you one missile. Also, in these games enemy tanks can get every power-up on screen. If any tank get a Shovel power-up, it removes shield (usually brick) from player's base (if the shovel is got by players, the power-up will give they a steel shield on their base). If enemy tanks get a Bomb power-up, it will kills player 1 and 2 (if they give that power-up, it kills all current enemy tanks on screen). If enemy tank get a Star, all enemy tanks get a ability to break all steel on stage (normally that bonus increase firepower with one level for player that get it). If an enemy tank get a gun power-up, it will get maximum firepower and that tank can break all steel blocks on stage (if the player get that bonus it will give him the maximum firepower). Also, when you kill such tank, you-ll get only 10 points from it's killing.

    I want a codes for that Battle City hack:
    • Enable missiles and missile power-up for games 04-06 and 18-20 (normally you can't use them because default in all games 01-07 and 15-21 they are disabled);
    • Infinite Missiles;
    • Infinite Lives for all 28 games;
    • Invincibility;
    • In games 08-10 and games 22-24 enemy tanks can't get the power-ups appearing on screen (or least they will works only when are collected by player 1 or 2);
    • enemy tanks adds 10 points (normal), 20 points (moving faster), 30 points (fast fire) and 40 points (heavy) to your score instead respectively 100 / 200 / 300 / 400 score points for all games from 01 through 28 after their defeating;
    • Power-ups are worth 50 / 100 points instead of 500;
    • Every stage contains 10 / 30 / 50 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 200 / 240 / 250 / 255 enemy tanks instead 20 for all games (01-28);
    • Disable Game Over if an enemy tank beat your base for all 28 games.

    Below I attached a snapshots taken on my FCEUX 2.1.1 that shows this Chinese Battle City hack for which are my requests above.

    Thanks for clearing that up, Rimsky and thanks for the link, OldSchoolGamer.

    Abystus, I'll add your new codes once Unicode tests them if no one else adds them before I do.

    JU is the Good tag for roms where the carts were identical for both the Japan and USA regions. Otherwise, the code poster could be saying the codes are good for both the USA and Japan roms.
