    When you say "you discovered", do you mean you found them somewhere else, or that you made those codes yourself?

    Hi all,

    This is my first time posting here so please let me know if i'm not following protocol.

    This is kind of a modification of Abystus' code quoted above.

    Abystus' code will catch a fish even if one is not present on the screen. My code still requires you to pursue the fish as the game intended but once they bite, they will instantly be caught and landed.

    I have tested this on FCEUX and Nostalgia NES Lite app for Android.

    Address:0496 Value:80 Compare:01

    Should look like this, 0496?01:80, on the Nostalgia NES lite app.


    I have also discovered some other hacks that I don't see on here.


    Vitality is always full

    Fish is always very exhausted

    Fish Weight Modifier

    05D7:xx

    Enter the following values in the "xx" to get the corresponding results.

    00 - 50-200 lbs
    01 - 300-500 lbs
    02 - 600-800 lbs
    03 - 800-1050 lbs

    Any other value will catch larger fish up to several thousand pounds, lol. But if you try to weigh them at the port it will freeze the game.

    Seems you didn't had any luck with "Bosses Don't Get A Temporary Invincibility After Hit" codes for Mega Man 4 and 5. I thanks for your "Continually Hit Anywhere" GameGenie for Mega Man 1-5 and for "Disable Boss Invulnerability After Hit" code for Mega Man 1.

    I now understood you will absent from the forum for while. In this way I will wait your return with your amazing GameGenie codes.

    I am still working on the remaining Mega Man hacks. There will be a few that I can't find (which is why they aren't posted). Currently working on the last game's "Continually Hit Anywhere" Code Just wanted to give an update.
