      Extend Coins, Question Mark Block flashing palette to the maximum of 28 (There are 28 entrees in the table allowing for a maximum of 28 steps and you could set up your own additional custom flashing patterns from 89C9-89E0 (0009F0). If you you exceed the table the palettes will overflow intot he next routine, however the table itself after the existing palettes does control the temporal speed of the flashing since the flashing is programmed based on increasing to the next entree in the table and is not based on a timer.)
