Now what? I need to put back the option to change the goddamn IP? I also don't see a current ELF on the server to test with. I've never compiled those, nor do I have much desire to.

Ah, thanks for pointing that out, Jimmi.

It will not work as ps2cc uses old PS2 server IP (192.168.0.80), the new one is 192.168.0.10.
    Also, only dump should work.

Viper187, could you please check if ps2cc works with Artemis 0.2?

In theory, there should be no difference to CL, but I'd like to have your confirmation.

    Up to rev 23.

    Changes:
-Automatic connection/reconnection failure issues should be resolved. I added a manual Reconnect option under the Run menu just in case. For auto reconnecting, expect a command error followed by the status bar updating connection info.

-Results can be removed from the list with the Delete key.

-I Forgot button ("?") added to the Quick Search options.

PS2CC rev 20 is on the SVN. LB suggested the ability to set a label on each search. Check it out.

Good question. Honestly, I don't know how the textures are smoothed. I guess this is done by the GS. I recommend asking the people over at ps2dev.org.

So your saying the ps1 cpu is reused whilst in ps2 mode to handle the input / ouput for the controllers, mc etc but can't use it play any ps1 game?

I'm completely confused because if the EE can't access the ps1 cpu whilst in ps1 mode how the hell does it tell it to smooth the textures and change the disc speed surely that cause it fail if it wasn't compatible? the ps2 contains a special ps1 bios too, I forget it's name, I found it before when googling SCPH-102.bin I found a list of every ps1 bios.

Nope. In PS1 mode, the EE is turned off and the IOP is the main processor. In PS2 mode, the EE is the main processor and the IOP serves as a second processor (for input/output).

EDIT: I just realized that you might be talking about a totally different thing.

I've heard once ps2 code is executed it switches the ps2 into ps2 mode and disables all access to the iop. The ps2 uses the PS1DRV bios elf to switch the ps2 into ps1 mode and enables the iop it contains 2 to 3 secrman checks depending on which version ps2 it is v1-8 have 3 checks and v9-18 have 2 which is why you can do disc swap in uLE on slimlines to boot ps1 backups.

Rev 19 is up. Memory VIEWER is now available. Editing is planned, but I think there should be an update to the PS2 side to make this a little cleaner. I'm also having navigational issues with the shit. Go To works so you can view everything, but keyboard navigation once you're editing is a problem. I wanted to do CTRL+LEFT/RIGHT to jump from one box to the next but that's proving troublesome. Up/Down works at the moment. Enter commits change (cosmetic only) and moves to next value. There's an option to view the memory in different data sizes too.

p.s. Has anyone given thought to having this stuff work on PS1 games?

My guess is that the IP addresses on the PS2-side are hard-coded.

That's OK, you can still give your PC a static IP address behind a router. You should be able to just add a network alias with the static IP, and there you go.

Question, will there be a option to import lists the same as the use of the codebreaker device and other big name PS2 devices? Or maybe even a option to import lists from the computer. :]

Also is there a way to change the DHCP IP table for the device its self or ps2cc.exe in general? Because I use a linksys router and don't have a crossover cable and don't see why it is a hassle to use the device
