Pause the game and press A for Invincibility Power-up;
Pause the game and press B for a Fire Shield;
Pause the game and press C for a Water Shield;
Pause and unpause the game and for activating Debug mode (please to make A button to do nothing and C button to Reserve gravity; (please make a single code with these features merged if possible because those codes you're made for Sonic 2 can't be combined);
Can access Bonus Stage for Chaos Emeralds after Have all 7 emeralds collected;
Can re-enter Bonus stages anytime;
Never Drown (official Galoob need to be disabled for using some Spring jumps + and it does work only with Sonic, NOT WORK with Tails - I tested Never Drown Galoob Code on Hydrocity Zone Act 1 and Tails still drowns and lose a life if you're stayed underwater for too long time!);
Remove water from stages (like Hydrocity Zone).

sky170111, this will be the last of the codes for Syndicate. Making an "invisible" code is going to be difficult because 98% of the time, the enemies ignore me anyways. If they're ignoring me, that means I'm already "invisible" to them. Anyways, maybe someone else can make that code for you.

Pause the game and press A, B, or C for different cheats. A = level select screen, B or C = when you unpause, you'll be invincible, have infinite air under water, and have rings drawn to you like a magnet. Only lasts until you lose a life, finish the level, or get an invincibility power-up, but can be re-enabled at any time.

What's not working? Are you talking about the "Pause the game and press A, B, or C for different cheats" code? I've tested it several times and it works perfectly. I even tried it with Sonic, Sonic with Tails, and Tails alone. There are 3 different versions of the Sonic 3 ROM. Are you using the right ROM? I'm using the USA version. What emulator are you using?

EDIT: Just tested it with Kega Fusion and works perfectly. Also works fine with Gens.

Try some of the Game Genie codes, like:

Bike doesn't take damage from hitting cars
Go Through Everything
Go through everything, except enemies
Player is invincible
