Player 4 Has Fake Infinite Health
    7E041F:01

Player 1 Starts with Little Health
    7E0A79:01
NOTE: The Player starts with about 1/4 of the normal health. It's small enough for an opponent to perform a finisher. The health bar will regenerate, but only to a certain point & then the energy bar empties & starts regenerating again.

Player 2 Starts with Little Health
    7E0A7B:01

Player 3 Starts with Little Health
    7E0A7D:01

Player 4 Starts with Little Health
    7E0A7F:01

    Player 3 Has Infinite Health
    7E0A7C:A0

    Player 4 Has Infinite Health

Player 4 Has Infinite Time Out of the Ring
    7E0542:00

    Player 1 Side Modifier
    7E0526:??
NOTE: With the side modifiers you can play tag team matches where your partner is your opponent. In order for it to work properly, the values need to be different. For example: Player 1 & his partner (Player 3) will need to have different values in order to be enemies teamed up. You can also make it a Fatal 4-Way match where it's every man for himself. This works best on a brawl. This doesn't work for the Royal Rumble.

    Player 2 Side Modifier
    7E0528:??

    Player 3 Side Modifier
    7E052A:??

    Player 4 Side Modifier
    7E052C:??

Player 1 is Barred From Entering the Ring
    7E053D:01
NOTE: Once you exit or are thrown out. If the referee leaves the match (making it a brawl), you can get back in the ring.

Player 2 is Barred From Entering the Ring
    7E053F:01

Player 3 is Barred From Entering the Ring
    7E0541:01

Player 4 is Barred From Entering the Ring
    7E0543:01

Referee Doesn't Do a Ring Out Count on Player 1
    7E0547:01
NOTE: The ref will act like the player isn't even out of the ring.

Referee Doesn't Do a Ring Out Count on Player 2
    7E0549:01

Referee Doesn't Do a Ring Out Count on Player 3
    7E054B:01

Referee Doesn't Do a Ring Out Count on Player 4
    7E054D:01

Quitting the Game Mid-Match Will Cause Your Opponent to Win
    7E0539:01
NOTE: Pause the game & press Select. Instead of going back to the match selection screen, you'll hear the theme music of your opponent & see their Titantron.

Choking & Eye Gouging is Permitted At All Times
    7E054F:01
NOTE: The referee won't count pinfalls, but will count players out of the ring.

Thanks. I didn't really come up with ideas. I mostly took a series of addresses & used the value "01" & looked for things differently as I was playing the game.

    Referee Count Modifier
    7E173A:??
NOTE: This applies to the referee counting both pinfalls & being out of the ring.

    Player 1 Can't Win Grapples
    7E1347:00
NOTE: If you win a grapple move, you'll end up doing the move you were attempting to yourself.

Player 1's Partner Never Wins Grapples
    7E1447:01

    Player 2 Never Wins Grapples
    7E1547:02

Player 2's Partner Never Wins Grapples
    7E1647:03

    Player 1 Modifier ???? Glitchy
    7E133B:??
NOTE: I'm not sure what to make of this code. At first I thought it was a player modifier because they wrestler looks different from who you choose, but there are glitches galore. The name below the energy meter is garbled. The character moves extremely fast when walking. So much to the point where it's hard to properly get your character in position to pin your opponent. Also running into the ropes can cause your character to get stuck. Performing some moves will cause your character to move to the bottom of the screen, almost as if he's out of the ring (but isn't since the ref isn't counting). In order to fix it, just move as far to the upper left or upper right that you can & climb the turnbuckle, & you'll appear back in the ring.

    Matches Never End
    7E00BB:00
NOTE: After pinning your opponent, you can still pick him up & continue to pound away on him. This code is more fun after both you & your opponent have been counted out. After winning a brawl, you won't be able to hit your opponent. This code won't work in a Royal Rumble.

    CPU Isn't as Aggressive
    7E00C7:01
NOTE: All computer controlled opponents don't always go after you. They will try winning grapples.

    CPU Doesn't Attack as Much
    7E00C6:01
NOTE: All computer controlled opponents will almost always avoid attacking or fighting. Sometimes they might get you in a sleeper hold or will attempt a grapple. Once they are in a grapple, they won't try to win it.

    Royal Rumble Rules Modifier
    7E00D5:??
NOTE: Turning it on during a normal match, will cause the game to freeze. However, you can play a Royal Rumble, wait for 6 people to be in the ring & activate the code to turn off the Royal Rumble rules & everyone can exit the ring & endlessly fight it out.
    Values -
    00 - Off
    01 - On
