Phantasy Star 4 (Genesis)
RH9T-L6V0
Allows non Tech users to use Tech outside of battle. Has only been tested on Wren and Alys, but should work on others as well. You can decide which techniques they can use by first looking at someone elses list of techniques (Tech). Example: If you first look at Chaz's list of Techs he has available, then press B to go back to the character select list, then select Wren, Wren will have the same Techs available as Chaz has. Since Wren doesn't have any TP, you'll need to use this code to fix that: BTJT-NA36.
BTJT-NA36
Infinite TP outside of battle (Works even if you don't have any TP).
=======
Note: If you don't look at someone elses list of Tech first, a non-TP user will just show something about a "Forehead Patch". Not sure what it does.The Code Hut: http://codehut.gshi.org/

Request for Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine + possible protection
@Tony Hedstrom, I have a requests for Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine:
- Player 1's Beans Don't Fall Automatically;
- Pause The Game And Press (that combination of buttons) To Player 1 to get (maybe Player 2, but NOT the CPU) Whole Yellow / Green / Red / Purple / Blue Double Bean;
- Player 1's Field Content (placed beans + the current bean) Doesn't Hide While Paused;
- Disable Game's Protection Against Using Codes.
About the last request, I found this game seems to has protection check against using GameGenie! When you reset the game with any kind of GameGenie code enabled, it'll display an error message saying (I'm getting this in Gens Re-Recording 11a emulator):
WARNING
CHECKSUM IS WRONG
Then the game will load normally. In beginning levels I've played the enabled GameGenie codes seems to work 100%, but on higher levels I got moments when the game appears to try to bypass activated GameGenie!
First I've used your "You Can Drop Clear/Refugee Beans On The CPU, but the CPU Can't Drop Clear/Refugee Beans on You" GG on Scenario Mode and while in first few levels it was fully worked, on higher (after 4th-5th level) your GameGenie started to be only partially working because on moments CPU CAN STILLS PUT refugee beans on your side! I've tried also your "In Scenario Mode, The Computer Players Will Constantly Have 2 Clear/Refugee Beans Dropped On Them Every Few Seconds" GameGenie code and when I've reached the 3rd level, game seems to disables partially your GG because although CPU mostly got refugee beans I've also started getting refugee beans thrown by the CPU on my side too! PLEASE FIX THIS and beside doing my requests please to somehow disable that pesky protection against GameGenie because in later levels of the game codes doesn't work 100%... Even if there is only 1 GameGenie enabled when booting the game, I'm always get displayed the warning message, as it appears with official Galoob's GameGenie too...
