The first thing I see is that you're using some codes that modify the same address:

00BB44:1C00 High moon jump with slower descent
00BB44:1000 Higher moon jump with slower descent

Pick one or the other.

009B64:0005 Start a new game with 5 magic
GLPT-AADE Start with 50 Magic

Again, pick one or the other. I doubt those are causing your problem though.

Either these codes are for a different version, or there is a problem with them. I looked at one of them in an assembly trace and it didn't look right. Try turning these 3 codes off and see if that helps.

I'll post these codes for Shadow Dancer in your thread Tony. These six codes should give you complete Invincibility (except for the dog):

The 1st line protects you from regular hits from most enemies
The 2nd line protects you from flying objects (Bullets, Discs, Flame)
The 3rd line protects you from punches of the Disc Thrower
The 4th and 5th lines protect you from bumps
The 6th line protects you from falling objects

credit goes to Pugsy, Chemist, and Fanat. I had to modify a few of their codes to get everything to work properly.

AKTA-AA3W Dog can't get hurt
AB5T-AA7L Dog meter instantly charges
