Deadly Towers is still one helluva challenge to the most experienced game players. However, these FCEU codes should make it easier.

Try this: I enter the codes for all the items I want, permanent or expendable, activating first only those for the permanent items such as weapon, armor, etc. and once they're equipped, I deactivate them and activate the codes for the expendable items & leave them on. That's how to get around the fact that there are more items than available slots for all of them at once.

00AB 016...Mega sword range(1)
00C7 009...Time never uns out till stage is completed
00A7 016...Ryu's health never decreases(2)

00CD 099...Max & Infinite Ninja energy
00A8 001...Kill all bosses 1 hit(3)
(1) Don't pick up Sword Upgread icon; it'll negate the Mega effect until either the stage is complete or Ryu dies.
(2) Ryu can still die by falling off screen.
(3) Do NOT set value to 000 nor higher than 001; boss becomes invincible. Turn off code for the very last boss until Ryu's hit him enuff to knock his mask off. You may then re-activate the code if you wish.

All the items appear in the slots in which they appear if you'd obtained them normally. You may leave the codes on for expendable items such as the vest. You may choose among the items as per normal game play.
CODE UPGRADE...
Change the value of the Invin code 07E0 254 to 100. You'll be untouchable after 1 hit on a given scenario, but you can still die by falling off screen. Also, if you miss shooting the chopper's cockpit in the last battle scene, disable both the Invin and Inf. energy codes to kill your char & get another chance.
I posted this last night & I dunno what happened that it didn't show up on the board. Oh, well...it's easier to just post it again than try to figure out electronic goofy shit.
P.S.
You may still use the old 04CA XXX code to set your current weapon. Just remember to disable it to switch weapons.

Yeah, that electric arm gave that game a real cool factor I hadn't seen in a game yet at that time. So I certianly have high regards for that game also.
The codes have been added to the site and I also updated the invincibility code.
Here's a coupla more NES Bionic Commando FCEU codes, for the timer at the end of the game after you've killed Hitler:
068C 00X... Timer, 10's...Do not set above 6

Disable when not in that part of the game, or all kindsa goofy glitches happen.
BTW....
When using the items codes, the game won't allow ya to go to Area 7, same as if you'd tried to bypass some levels. I'm gonna work on that prob, but it might be a day or 2.

They never did find Hitlers body, only one of his body double. So it's very likely this story could be cannon and Hitler was killed by a cybernetic Soldier.

(1)Can die by falling off screen, ot getting crowded off screen. TURN OFF in the room w/the bobbing spiked ceiling in Stage 2, or any other place where hitting something freezes the game. However, the "Inf. Energy" code is safe to use in these places.
(Note: I am converting the values to hexadecimal to save you a little trouble, as you wish to post them that way.)

Note: Using all 3 "kill enemy" codes enables you to kill 2 or 3 enemies with one batarang, if they're in line.
