Rent a Hero (with NikcDC English patch version 0.97) (Genesis/MD)

    ABFA-JLEN
Opening a bank account only costs $500 (instead of $1000). As an added bonus, you'll get $1000 deposited into your new account even if you only had $500.

    ABGA-JLHG
Only need $500 to make a deposit into your bank account (instead of $1000). It will still say that you need $1000. As an added bonus, you'll get $1000 deposited into your account even if you only had $500.

    ABGA-JAHG
Don't need any money to make a deposit into your bank account. You can keep making $1000 deposits even if you don't have any gold. Keep repeating to get as much gold as you want.

EDIT: Is this what you wanted for this request?... -Cheaper to create a bank account (currently 1000 gold which is 10+ fights)

I can easily change the dollar amount if you want.

Thanks, the first one is pretty much what I wanted. I'm sure others will find 2 and 3 useful though.

        CAKT-TABN
AA batteries only cost $10 (instead of $30).

        AWMA-GA3A
Don't get charged in shops. Also works when donating, making deposits, etc.

        CW4T-GAHT
AA batteries charge your suit by 20 units (instead of 10).

EDIT: The dollar amount and the number of units can be changed if you want (1st and 3rd codes).

Excellent, thank you! I think +10 BT for each battery would be just about perfect. Perhaps a +20 BT code for D batteries for the late game would be useful as well.

uffbulle, can you do me a favor and add all of your additional code requests (like +20 BT for D batteries) to your original post on page one. This will save me time searching. Thanks.

I'm at a point where I don't think I can make anymore codes until I progress further in the game. Actually a pretty fun game.

              Absolutely, added it now.
Yeah it's not bad at all, the setting draws you in and the writing is pretty fun and well translated. I do think something like the Streets of Rage engine would've been a better choice for the fights though.

uffbulle, it's taking too much time to get to a point in the game to start making more codes. Any chance you can make a save state far enough into the game so I'll be able to make these codes:

                -Cheaper energy tanks
-Faster research for armor and weapon upgrades
-Higher rewards for random encounter thugs compared to the optional set encounters in back alleys
-Make it possible to take on jobs with the RH bracelet so you don't have to backtrack to your home each time
-A +20 BT code for D batteries for the late game could be useful as well seeing as you're stuck with D's for over a third of the game if not half.

I'm using Gens, but I'm pretty sure Kega Fusion will work as well. Thanks.

P.S. My email address is on my website (in my sig below).

                    Thanks for the save states.

                    No random battles.

                    ----------

It worked everywhere I tried it, which was outside (in a town) and inside of a sewer.

Will see if i can make a "fewer" random battles code later.

                      I have some questions...

I found the values for how much BT is used in battle with different weapons. The weapon you had equipped in save state 0 (fires a blue beam) uses 30 units (3 dots on the "BATT" gauge). What value do you want for that weapon? 5 units will use 1/2 of a dot, 10 will make it use 1 dot, and 20 will use 2 dots.

As you probably know, different weapons use different amounts of BATT. I can make a code so that all the weapons use the same amount of BATT. What value would be good? (5, 10, 20, 30). Just remember this will effect ALL the weapons.

It will be time consuming, but if you want, I can make individual codes for every weapon (how much BATT they use).

EDIT: Also, how do you change weapons?

Thanks for the no RE code, it seems to be working great.

You can't actually change weapons, the last one you got replaces the one you had before so you can only ever use the last one.

Well, having no random encounters changes things. I think 10 less BATT spent per use is more than enough for the late game, but probably very useful earlier on IIRC. I think the first one cost just 10 per use though so one would turn it on after getting the second one then, I guess. But that's absolutely fine by me.

One code is for standing, and the other is for crouching.

The Galacticanon only uses 2 battery segments per shot (instead of 3).

D batteries charge your suit by 60 units (instead of 40). It still says 40 units, but you'll get 60.

uffbulle, I'm going to start working on the "Faster research for armor and weapon upgrades" request but need some info. Where do I get the upgrades, and which one of the save states that you sent me would be the best one to get there? Thanks.
