Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 Awesome hack

emu-land only reports on 23 so it looks liek there hasn't been any updates in 2 years. I hope the guy didn't stop working on it.

I played this game (called Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy) years ago on my PSP, using the Picodrive emulator. Epic awesomeness is to be had if you play as any of the bosses or as Chameleon (the male one). I even found a 10-hit combo with Chameleon that did upwards of 50% damage.

I just read of this hack and downloaded the file attachments of the first post.
After extracting, I absolutely have no idea what to do to get it working. I wonder if there is any patch included.
Could someone give instructions what to do?
