Here is the patch for MK1 Reptile, Sub-Zero, & Scorpion, but as of right now they don't have special or finishing moves yet, only stage fatality which is Down, Forward, Forward, Block

If you use the demo patch for MK1 Reptile, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion I posted, then you will have to download or reinstall a clean version of UMK3 Hack 11, which is here: http://umk3.hacking-cult.org/(2225)_UMK_3_HACK_11.rar, then use the latest patch for the complete versions of MK1 Reptile, Sub-Zero, and Scorpion.
