now theres two schools of thought on codes like this.
and as i've stated i'd like them preserved aka add them to the database. but the thing about credit is a main thing do we credit the magazine or the person who submitted the cheat to the magazine. (if listed )
the other school of thought don't add them unless we get permission from a person who probably submitted the codes to the magazine 10-25 years ago
if you can track the person down then add the codes after getting permission. the people probably moved on in thier lifes and could care less

Well, your lucky I'm extremely slow when it comes to adding codes to the database, because I had every intention of eventually adding the magazine codes. Of course, I would have given credit for each code in the Notes column.

this is the Genesis game, right? I only say this because of your Thread title that states you codes are mostly Genesis. So I assume if it's not Genesis codes, you'd say otherwise. Nice code, I <3 Madden games.

Yes, it is the Genesis version of Madden 97. I plan on doing Madden 98, since there are a lot of bonus team and stadiums in the game.

If you just see the name of the game before my codes, the codes are for Sega Genesis. I'll put the system after the name of the game if it's for another system.

Can you do the SNES version for that game too? I have the SNES Madden 98. It's the last Madden for the 16-bit consoles. I believe the SNES version has more stuff in it than the Genesis version.
