Unfortunately, I was hoping to also find that you could fight a variation of Billy or Jimmy Lee, but couldn't find any values that worked. I also had hoped to find a code that allows Player 1 or Player 2 to play as an enemy character, but that didn't work either. The enemy modifier codes had me puzzled at first, but then using the memory editor on the Visual Boy Advance emulator, I was able to find the values to change up the enemy characters. I did find palette modifiers for Enemy 1, but there are bunches of addresses & values involved (for each character's color set) & would a bit too time consuming to find each address & list each value.

                              Enemy 1 Modifier
                              82037C18 ????
NOTE: These codes work on every stage, including Survival Mode. Enemies might briefly make an appearance as they are supposed to be & then they will change to who you designate. Enemies will also attack like they were supposed to. For example: If Abobo turns into Linda, Instead of doing a double axe handle, Linda will do a single punch that knocks you to the ground. Some moves that an enemy performs might cause a glitch, but it doesn't glitch very often.
                              Values -

                                82037C02 ????
NOTE: There is a limit as to how many weapons can appear on screen at the same time. Sometimes when attacking an enemy, they will drop multiple weapons before falling down. Some enemies are not designed to hold certain weapons, but will drop them once attacked. This even works on Survival Mode, where you normally don't have access to weapons.
