        • Rumble Roses - PS2 - NTSC - RAW

I got to thinking since Rumble Roses & The WWE Smackdown games have a similar engine, maybe they would have similar rule modifiers. It turns out that they do, but since Rumble Roses is has way fewer features, some of these rule modifiers don't work as well as they would if it were in one of the WWE Smackdown games. I will only post the codes that work perfectly. The ones that I have highlighted in RED won't be posted & I will also be sure to include that in my notes. I'm sure there are others. Once I find them, I'll add them to it as well. While I like Rumble Roses, I don't know why Konami felt like they needed to cut the amount of match options way back. The idea of heel & baby face personas are a neat concept in a wrestling game. Even the Mad Mud Match was a good original idea, but they should have expanded further. Even the sequel for Xbox 360 seemed kind of stale with only making tag team matches the newest feature.

          Rule Modifiers

          Pinfalls Modifiers
          003D7BA1 000000??
          NOTE:
          Values -
          00 - Pinfalls Are Off
          01 - Pinfalls Are On
          02 - Pinfalls Count Everywhere

          Ring Out Modifier
          003D7BA4 000000??
          NOTE:
          Values -
00 - Allowed to Exit the Ring
01 - Not Allowed to Exit the Ring

          Out of Ring Elimination Modifier
          003D7BA6 000000??
NOTE: This would ordinarily be similar to the Royal Rumble in the WWE Smackdown games. When on, if exiting or tossed out of the ring, the player will disappear, but the match won't end. The game won't freeze, it just makes the match unfinishable.
          Values -
00 - Out of Ring Eliminations Are Off
01 - Out of Ring Eliminations Are On

          Time Limit Modifier
          003D7BA8 000000??
NOTE: You can set the time limit to a specific amount of minutes you'd like each match to be. For values that aren't 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes, the loading screen will say "No Time Limit", but the match will last however long you set it for.
          Values -
          00 - No Time Limit
          01 - 1 Minute
          02 - 2 Minutes
          03 - 3 Minutes
          05 - 5 Minutes
          0A - 10 Minutes
          0F - 15 Minutes
          14 - 20 Minutes
          1E - 30 Minutes
          2D - 45 Minutes
          3C - 60 Minutes

          Hell in a Cell Modifier
          003D7BB4 000000??
NOTE: Freezes while match loads. Has to be turned on mid-match. Invisible cell forces players to stay close to the ring. The game will freeze if moves are performed outside the ring or if you attempt to leave the cell (bottom corner, to the right).
          Values -
          00 - Cell is Off
          01 - Cell is On

          Entrance Modifier
          003D7BC6 000000??
          NOTE:
          Values -
          00 - Entrances Are Off
          01 - Entrances Are On

          Humiliation Finish Only Modifier
          003D7BCB 000000??
NOTE: When turned on, you can win the match by performing your humiliation move. This would be similar to having a finisher match.
          Values -
00 - Humiliation Finish Only is Off
01 - Humiliation Finish Only is On

                • I noticed that the Japanese version has an option to choose between Japanese & English. I played around with some options modifiers on both the Japanese & North American versions, but sadly, there is no hidden language option on the North American version.

what kind of the programs do you use for your PS1 and PS2 hacking?
I use Cheat Engine for PS2 hacking. Sometimes I'll use the debugger on PCSX2 to find hacks also. When I was hacking PS1 games, I used a Gameshark Pro (with an actual PS1).

Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

If you get a real PS1 & a Gameshark Pro, make sure you don't get the slim PS1. You will also want to make sure the PS1 system you get has the port in the back. There were some models that didn't have that port.
