  • CRACKdown's Retro Codes

Hey everybody, back from the dead.

Some of you old school hackers may remember me from my old site the PARCCC, which unfortunately came to its demise some 6 or 7 years ago. Quite a few of my codes somehow got archived here and a few other sites, not always giving me credit, but its cool since my webpage was deleted.

I found quite a few codes for Zelda LTTP (bunny code was always a fave of mine), Super Castlevania IV, Actraiser, FF Mystic Quest, and many many more in the past.

Anyway, kind of want to get back into the scene. If anyone has a game that they would like to see some codes for, or a specific code for a game I'll see what I can do.

Just doing this for fun so I prefer Action type games, but any suggestions welcome.

Also if you need any help finding your own codes, it never hurts to ask.

        Welcome aboard.
Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

Thanks! Not to worried about it though. I would like some suggestions though. There's a lot of good games out there that don't really have a lot of codes, and others that have almost too many. I'm looking for some games that are a little more obscure but fun to play. After hacking codes for a lot of my fave games (listed above) I had to find games like Super Bonk or Hammerin Harry. I know there's more out there like these that I haven't even played yet, and I'd rather be finding codes that people want rather than just messing around. Try to get around to posting some soon, Cool cool.

Noticed there weren't any PAR codes for this little Japanese game called Arcus Spirits so here's a few to start with. The game seems pretty fun so I'll do some more on it soon.

7E01520? Character Modifier (0-3) Sorry don't know their names. Essentially allows you to switch characters any time during game play.
7E015608 Infinite Health, Increase value as needed if you want.
7E018213 Walk Thru enemies / take no damage

            7E0D8801 Use Heal Spell whenever
            7E0D8A01
            7E0D8C01

That's it for now, I encourage anyone else to start to tackle this game too.

Another for Arcus Spirits (J) SNES:

              7E03620? Partner modifier

1 = Male character with limited range 4 way shot
2 = Blond female who doesn't help you
3 = Male Character with straight orb shot
4 = Male Character with slower larger orb shot
5 = Crab who sometimes fires big and little orbs
6 = Serpent guy with a spread shot

Wish I could read Japanese, games pretty fun.
