Since that car is stationary, it will require another code to get rid of it. I'm going to change the code description above to "almost all of the cops are gone".

Also, here is the code you wanted for the first Road Rash...

      Road Rash

      AJ7A-CA4N
All traffic is gone (no cars).

        • Phantasy Star 3: Generations of Doom (Genesis)

          GJBA-AA8T
Master code (improved). Only use if you get a blank/red screen. This code also makes the game load faster.

          93HA-AACN +
          ABHA-AECR +
          AKHA-AACT +
          ABHA-B74W +
          AJ1A-AAA6
Makes your character walk twice as fast.

WARNING: These codes have some problems. You'll need to shut all the codes off
anytime the computer takes over control of your character. For example, turn
all the codes off before you meet your bride in the castle, then turn them back
on once you're out of the dungeon. If you don't you may get stuck. Using the
"walk thru walls" code may help.

Also, make sure you use one of the PAR codes below.

          Some notes about these codes...

These codes must be turned on before the game starts.

If you're starting a new game, make sure you have all the codes turned on before you pick your message scrolling speed.

If you're using the codes with an emulator save state, you'll need to add one of these PAR codes as well:

FFD242:0002 (use this code with Gens emulator).

FFD243:0002 (use this code with Kega Fusion emulator).

Make sure you have all the codes turned on BEFORE you load your save state!

          • A quick note about the Phantasy Star 3 codes above... Having some problems with the codes when the CPU takes control of your character. I've changed the code description for now, but am still working on a fix. Will not add the codes to the db for now.

                  • This isn't really a Game Genie code, but I'll put it here anyways.

How to hack the Virtua Racing Deluxe 32x Japanese ROM to play on a US Genesis console...

Open up your Virtua Racing Deluxe 32x (J) ROM with a hex editor, go to ROM address $000E72 and change the 6608 to 4E71. Save and you're done.

Tested them all but this particular one doesn't seem to work. I can see in the shop menu as follows:

                      HuntgHelm
                      Garment
                      HuntgArmr
                      Shield
                      (Blank Space)

                      But no Royal Knife listed.

I just tested the code and it works fine. It looks like you're in the wrong shop... you're in the Armor Shop, but you should be in the Weapon Shop.

I'm probably not going to make the code to get rid of the stationary cop car. As far as the helicopter, I will look into that when I get some time. When does the helicopter appear (what level, etc)? I remember it, but don't remember when it appears.

Looks like I did too much walking for that code. Thanks!

I agree. Road Rash 1 and 2 are much better. I still play both of them to this day.
