actually i made a mistake, i will just let Rolf and Nei stay on ice planet. they just met Lutz.

GokaiGold, Should have time to work on those this weekend. If I remember correctly, Phantasy Star 4 has a routine that checked your experience points to make sure you didn't go over the upper limit. I was able to take advantage of that and make a single code so that everyone in your party would level up to level 99 after the first battle.
