    The cheat does something, but I suppose my guess to what it does was incorrect at the time of posting that.

    Hey Mez, I just saw your Marvin Strikes Back cheat at gamefaqs (http://www.gamefaqs.com/gbc/579043-m...es-back/cheats), and it doesn't really do anything.

    Those minigames you can see are seen by just entering the 2 players mode. Entering the code does do anything, that I know of.

    I also posted some new stuff here: http://tcrf.net/Marvin_Strikes_Back!

    Whenever your pad is off, just configure the directional keys to the keyboard. It's much more precise to input codes.

    I ended going into the controller input for my gamepad and readjusted it. Tried the code again and it worked. The old Sidewinder was a bit off

    Smurfs Nightmare (Smurfs 3) could use a high jump code so you don't have to go on a scavenger hunt collecting leaves to build up your jump meter, but I couldn't figure one out.

    Anyway, the ending is the same for both Easy and Hard difficulties.

    I just tried the code and it worked just fine on both games. Just make a save state at the title screen so you can keep trying. I pressed each button waiting one second between presses and the code still worked, so you don't even have to enter it quickly.

    You should hear a sound if done right. And by the way, you need to enter it at the "Start / Options" screen.

    This same cheat works for the original Game Boy version of the game "The Smurfs 3".

    Mez, can you make a Game Genie code for the stage skip enabled for the regular GB version? I can't seem to get the button combination to work properly.

    I've yet to unpack my external hard drive with all the No-Intro rom's since moving, not sure what ROM the code would be for.

    Thanks again brother ill patch these up Monday I'm going to lake erie.I'm sure my nieces and nephews will enjoy the codes as much as me god bless you have a good weekend.I will always be here if you need some contrubutions later on dont hesitate to ask same for Kyle or to the site.I want to help anyway I can even if I can't make codes myself.I think supporting others even if you guys don't want contributions now is the least I can do.Retro game cases.com is a great site for ever drive custom boxes.Shane is the owner he will hook you up with custom made boxes for any Everdrive including Gameboy.If you type in ever drive in the search button it will pull up labels,stickers, and boxes he has made up.Customers can also request what they need.The site is great he charges 10.99 for custom NES boxes and the prices for other systems are relatively cheap.If your interested let him know manorock850 sent you.The guy has been good to me and this is my way of thanking him by sharing it with others to build his business.

    Thanks ill patch and try these.I want to thank you for the wonderboy codes they worked great.The jumping is a bitch. In this game level three jumps are horrid with the skateboard.I got to buy a new genius controller I got a little mad.I wonder if I take the skate board code off if that will help since the screen moves and you cant slow down as much with the skate board.

    mezmorize, I know you are pretty good with the MEKA debugger. I have a request for you for the Game Gear version of Streets of Rage 2. When you get knocked/thrown down in this game, the CPU can keep attacking you over and over again as you are getting up. Let's call this the juggling effect. You can go from having a full health meter to dead in a few seconds, and there isn't really much you can do about it.

    A good of example of this happening a lot, would be on stage 6. You'll encounter clusters of the more powerful enemies in this stage. I figured you could use this as your testing stage if you decide whether or not to help me. And it would be a good idea to patch the ROM in MEKA with the Infinite Health code, because the juggling really becomes appearant when you can't die.

    My request would be could you see if you could find any RAM/ROM values that relate to being knocked down and getting back up, and use those values to come up with ROM codes that better prevent you from being battered by the CPU enemies once you get knocked down. I was thinking that there is probably a timer of some sort, where you can't get hit for a certain amount of time after you are knocked down or thrown. Or a timer of some sort where you can't get hit as you are getting up off the ground.

    I'd be interested to see what else you could find while poking around in the rom. Stuff that relates to damage taken/dealt, special attacks, etc...

    Anyway, here are some relevant RAM/ROM addresses that you can use:

    3AFC:77 Infinite Health (ROM)
    C383:05 Stage Modifier (RAM). Use this to start on Stage 6
    C986:?? Health (RAM)
    C9B3:?? Number of Special Attacks (RAM). These are your'e charged spcial attacks. You have to hold down the 1 button while stationary for a couple of seconds to execute them. You don't get any of them in Stage 6.

    Here are some special attacks you can use:

    U=Up
    D=Down
    F=Forward
    B=Back
    1=Button 1
    2=Button 2

    Blitz: F,F,1
    Stationary (Defensive) Special: U,D,1 or D,U,1 or F,B,1 or B,F,1
    Directed (Offensive) Special: Hold F or B and Press 1+2 at same time
    Rear Defense: 1+2 at same time
