I never even finished the project of searching for new cheats with Game Boy Color, I only had the games with Super Game Boy features left too.

@Mezmorize, you could can find and post a more codes for Hudson's Adventure island games? Also, I did not see any codes for CastleVania 2: Simon's Quest and CastleVania 3: Dracula's Curse (you was posted only a codes for first CastleVania game).

That makes sense, I didn't even consider compression being used. I've came across maybe 3 or 4 games like this.

With Resident Evil 2 the problem was I couldn't even locate the line of coding within the ROM

most likely the rom is compressed due size of game (mostly the movies).
capcom might using same type method as SFA2's S-DD1 chip

Maybe so. With Resident Evil 2 the problem was I couldn't even locate the line of coding within the ROM, it seems like I read something about n64 having some type of 'virtual memory' and could possibly be related to that. Within the next few weeks I'll have a flash cart for N64 and will do some testing on a real console.

I originally had a N64 in 1996, but quickly got rid of it once I fell in love with Final Fantasy VII in 1997. That was the one system I regretted more than the rest that I got rid of, missed a lot of good games (like Zelda's). I just picked up a N64 locally about a week ago. N64 emulation is horrible, cant wait to play the games like it's supposed to be played (although it looks pretty bad on an HDTV using an S-Video cable).

This next code is like the previous one, it don't like being patched into the game. The game does have an enable code, need to mess around and find out how to patch already made codes by other people.

Yep for sure, back then I went with the Sega Saturn since I had a Master System and then a Genesis/Sega CD/32X lol and was a big fan of Sega. Great system. Too bad it didn't do as good as the PSX. I eventually did get a PSX and I still have my Saturn too

Finally understand what the 2400 is doing, guess the previous two line codes I made could have used that too, but oh well. (The single line codes I made with a value of 0000 was changing FFFF.) I guess it's safe to assume that already hacked codes by others with a value of 2400 are ASM codes; maybe I can convert some of those to patches too.

Hey Mez,

I noticed there are some of N64 roms that are trained. I tried using them in the Surreal 64 emulator for Xbox, ( I can't remember if it happens on a PC emulator) but I just get a black screen. The only 2 I that will load are Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64. Maybe it's a similar issue with you trying to patch the roms.
