Could you take a look at the game Battle Monsters for the Sega Saturn. It looks like there is a debug mode in it. I noticed it a hex editor and the offset is 3CB23. Thanks.

Hi, I found the "DEBUG MODE" option hidden in the main menu, but can't find a way to turn it back on. I'm sorry! It would be interesting to reactivate it.

Does the Sega Genesis Collection (PSP) have some kind of Protection against Cheat Hacking?

I don't think so but I'll have a look when I can.

EDIT:
The Sega Genesis Collection doesn't have any cheat protection. Values are stored in VRAM (0x04000000) and not in Main Memory (0x08000000).
Now I'm trying to have a look at Battle Monsters.
