TomTuff: I'd like to have bounties for the other tasks before unveiling the project at PS2Dev.org.
cosmito: That would be misfire's area of expertise; I'll leave updates on that to him (plus, I don't really know exactly how far that has come, heh). I believe it should be able to debug any application or game, when it's complete.
Any work anyone can perform for the tasks listed on the BountySource page will speed up progress of this project, and also likely motivate more work to be done in various areas of it.
And, if nothing else, please sign up for BountySource (it's free and takes about one minute), join the project, and make a comment somewhere. If you like, feel free to donate a few bucks to one of the tasks (not "UI for boot ELF" - I'm working on that, and I don't need money donated to me), create your own tasks or requests, check out the source from the SVN and make comments/suggestions, and in general, participate.
Well, back to tinkering with the boot UI.
