Here is my version, this one allows you to gain A-SPEC points
as well as mileage.
Only enable/disable in a race, because it wiill freeze the game if used in the menus.
I suggest using the tires cheat when using this code. Why? Well if you use this code
at the pit stop the AI may keep driving in the pit each & every lap.

One more thing,
if you turn it on before the car drives past the finish line at the start of the race the game will disable it. Simply re-enable it if this occurs.

Go to any race series & hold L2 then press X. Not on the regulations screen but right before it.
After entering the combo you will see "All Cars Permitted".
It also seems to say that no prize money can be won,
ignore that and countinue normally WITHOUT holding the combo and enter the race.
The advantage of my code over the codebreaker version is that you don't need any licenses to
compete in the event. You still do need dirt/snow tires for the special condition events...or just
use my "All Parts Temporarily Unlocked" code to race any car in those events.

Be very careful with this code. Before using it I suggest you backup your save fiirst.

I am not sure what all combs all possible but I do know this, before putting a race car
engine into a normal car make sure it has a racing exaust first, other wise it may freeze
when taking the car out to the track.

Notes: I have spent countless hours looking for something
that works better than my original pointer version. I would say
this is pretty much complete considering it took me way, way too long to make.

With this version you can also perform actions such as
opening doors, activating light switches, human shielding people, etc.

Also while human shielding people, they won't be released until you K.O. them or drop them. You also won't be moved up or down depending on where you are standing like my pointer
version did. Overall this has more advantages than the pointer version. NPC's can also fall through the ground if KO'd or killed while this code is active.
I suggest using this one over the others I have made.

I'm playing Hitman 2 on PC.

It's hard, but good. My brother's personal favorite HM game. The one before it (codename 47) is extremely hard. I had to cheat just to beat it.

The one after 2, Contracts is basically a remake of the first game, only better. It controls a lot like 2.

Blood money, the fourth has a big upgrade on the game engine which is great. BM is my favorite out of all of them.

i just saw your code for this game via PAR code for Sega Genesis but, i'm not sure if it let Sonic or Tails run throught the metal thingy that is use for Knuckles. i hate annoying barrels from Carnival Night in Sonic 3. yes the infamous one lol

The game uses several clipping techniques, one for walls/ceilings and one for interactive/breakable/moveable objects.

I can't remember if I made one for breakable objects.
