Well, this code modifies the hash value & allows you to keep the RB26DETT Inline-6 engine sound with either of the two latter engine upgrades.

Code added to disable the game from resetting your car
when you go just a little too far out of boundaries. It should have been done
a lot earlier but I was just too lazy to do it.
This code can cause temporary issues so I wouldn't suggest
using it when you are in an event such as driving to get another crew member after beating a boss race or going through walls while racing.
You will need to disable & re-enable the code after your car gets
reset by you or the game or after starting a race for it to work again.
Have fun exploring Palmont City! Also I suggest using the levitate code
as i may be able to get your car out if it gets stuck in the ground from
using this code.
The code used to be just called "Drive Through Walls (Short)" so I
changed the name to reflect what it actually does & short meant
that it is a shorter code that does what another set of codes
I found can do also but they were a bit too long IMO as is this description.

As far as I know you can't walk through an interactive spot, but walking around it works just fine.
Also, trying to interact with some areas while this code is enabled, such as climbing up may cause a lockup.
Another thing, don't disable if the player's character is walking outside an area without a floor underneath because the player's character will fall out of bounds and you'll have to reload your save.
One last thing, only save in a spot that you can access normally.
