I made a temporary unlock code for the GameCube version, but it only works on Dolphin & if you try to save it will freeze, normal & collector's edition ISO (PS2 version's) are exactly the same size, the ELF is also the same size, just a lot of different values that unlock the the CCX & Camaro concept, actually ALL of the cars from the collector's edition are in it, even the GameCube version, just look at some of my videos on YouTube if you want to see them.

up is extremely difficult, Here is a .psu (ems memory linker format) save file with the Koenigsegg CCX & Chevrolet Camaro concept unlocked & in career,
For those who don't know, uLaunchELF can import/export .psu save files with the psu paste function, just go to psu file select copy (press L1, then go to memory card & select psu paste(L1 again)

this save out, As much as you know about PSX/PS2 you might be able to find a unlock everything code with this save file,
