the first one skip SEGA logo and it's totally fine

the second (skip property, license, acclaim, iguana, press start screen)
is a little buggy, game hangs when start a new match
or when soft reset (A+B+C) is used

should be fixed by simply no skipping the press start screen ?

Are you using a real genesis or emulator?

tried on both emulators (fusion,gens,mess) and real hardware with flash card (college slam [h2] dump)

You don't have College Slam (U) [!]? Is College Slam the problematic one?

Check the original post for College Slam. I made a mistake in the second line it should now work on all versions of the game.
