On topic, my mothers house has been invaided by ants. i dont doubt the reason. Our foundation is sinking because of the ants (yes i am being serious). we have that many. What is odd is the places they come in through. My mom's shower drain, The electrical outlet (`.`) <-- through the holes!, Telephone outlet, Gas line, and currently we have no idea where they are comming in from. We have declared war on the ants. I have brought out my 2lb rubber mallet that i bought as defense agianst ants and spiders(Brown Recluses primarily). That will surrfice along with Boric Acid untill my mother finalises the attack plan. I say Napalm the buggers but for some reason she thinks that that is agianst the rules of war. [to be continued]

Heh! I already attacked them outside with a burning model train, WD40 and a lighter, Full Bic lighter on fire (I recomend that if your Bic catches on fire....Run!), Boiling hot water, Various ant poisons and the 2 lb rubber mallet. I had to stop using the mallet because they have so many tunnels in our yard it created hole in the earth for them to come up an attack me. Those buggers hurt when you have 100 or more of them on you. [To be continued]

Ah. The war between my mother and the ants has come to a truce. Theyt gave up on comming in the house when she started putting sugar coated with some odd medicine, Nurses are really creapy at times.

I'm a PC/LAN tech for a very large banking corporation (400+ branches). That's a trade, I suppose.

I when to a Regional Occupational Program which is kinda like a Trade school. I studied in Computer Repair and Matinence. The point of the class was to get us prepaired so that we could eventualy become A+ certified. Alas i never took the A+ test. But for the last semester of the program we needed to intern. I miraculously got an internship (non paid) at Minerals Management Service in ther Pacific Outer Continental Shelf Region's IT section. My main job back then was to redo the Patch panel and inventory the computer equipment.
