I did a once over on your How to find ROM addresses and Game Genie codes with Gens Tracer tutorial for a quick primer to help understand branches a little better since the game loves to use these.

This code is just goofy, P2 will stay in a block stance whether you attack or not. Throws stop working and P2 soft locks when entering a corner.
