Just some quick tests done. The "Cheat Options" are located in the pause menu. There is supposed to be more options as you showed me, but something is either restricting them from showing, or another code needs to be enabled for them to show.

its ok just like with mort i discovered the password as far as i know its undiscovered until i found it
and i also found a disabled language menu too need help getting it enabled if you wouldn't mind this language menu is a fun one

set 8009AAD8 to 0003 in the options screen to select it

I'm aware of that address. It's good to know we are on the same track. I found the piece of code that handles the menu options (starts at 80038F30). The number of options available for the cheat options is controlled by RAM address 8007BDC6.

I modified various options to what you showed me.
