Cheat Mode (replaces "Quit Game")
Hold Select+Start to exit the game.

Cheat Options:
Lives
Stars
Jump To Start
Win Level
Lose Level
Teleport
The "Debug Info" option has been removed, as nothing seems to show with it.
Update: The code has been revised again, as I forgot to include the option that allows you to change the player camera view (see added pics).
