I wouldn't think they would have finishing moves or fatalities, but with the POW meter, you'd think that it would give your character some kind of ability to do a super move of some kind. However, I'm not familiar with all of the characters moves. There's only a few I normally use.
Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

Oh yes it did! You could chop your opponent in half (spilling coins everywhere) or make them bleed to death then fall over. Every character in the game could do them. Now you're making me go off topic.

Nice username Spider Rico... I'm assuming you got your username from the movie "Goodfellas"? Now go get me my drink.

Are you sure you are not talking about Samurai Shodown 4-6? Those are the ones with "fatalities".

            To OldSchoolGamer,
The name is from the first bum that Rocky knocks out in, well, Rocky. So get your own drink.

            To ReyVGM,
Finishers, fatalities... whatever they may be called, you could do them in SS1. Just Youtube it to see em'.

Oh duhh. My bad. I knew better than that. I've seen both movies a hundred times.

After a little more than a year, I managed to find a few more codes for this game:

                Fewer enemies to fight
                7E008100
NOTE: On most levels, you'll fight 2 people before taking on the boss. When the boss comes out, you'll face him one on one.

Player 1 as Blitz, Bullova, & Berzerker can't throw a fireball in Vs Mode
                7E0B1200
NOTE: When you press & hold X & A as those three characters you'll do a fireball animation, but won't throw one.

Player 1 as Blitz, Bullova, & Berzerker can't throw a fireball in Vs Mode
                7E008501
NOTE: Alternate code. This one prevents you from doing the fireball animation.

                Vs Stage 1 flame modifier
                7E1BCA??
NOTE: This affects the fire at the top & bottom of the screen
                Values
00 - Flames are always up, invisible, & will hurt both players
01 - Flames are always up, visible, but will never hurt players

Vs Stage 2 left flame modifier
                7E007D??
NOTE: This affects the flames shot out on the left side of the screen.
                Values
00 - Flames shot out most of the time, stops for a split second
01 - Flames are never shot out

Vs Stage 2 right flame modifier
                7E0083??

I managed to find some other strange codes here. These allow you to walk & fight beyond the normal borders of the stage. The walk into the background code is cool looking on Stage 1 because it actually looks like you're fighting in the street. Of course, the cars look much smaller than all the characters. I still haven't found a code that turns off the far right barrier.

Players & Enemies can walk into the background
                  7E008F01

Players & Enemies can walk into the foreground
                  7E009201

Players & Enemies can walk past the left most barrier on every stage
                  7E009401
