How to use:

5 = Play Blur
6 = Debug (Room)
7 = Coordinates
8 = Start (Level)

Enter the debug menu while in the game (but not in a video or menu and after naming the main character) with L2+R2

It's pretty fun tryin' to drive in replay camera mode.
Default means you can select these modes if you pause the game and use the menus...
You can leave off the last 4 lines of code to remove the Lock Camera functionality

On a side note, I also randomly found out that holding R1+R2 on the main menu will show you a build date.
This image is from the USA version ('98) which came out before the PAL release in '99.

Due to the recent discovery that I didn't know what the hell I was doin' (thanks to helder and lee4) I went back through all my PS1 GS Codes and fixed them...

I figure that's why a lot of them were never posted in the first place.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and they will always be correct for now on.
The problem was I wouldn't make a code for months and forget it all ><.

codebreaker properly ignored the codetype on odd addresses.

you didnt check on real Gameshark did you?

your code 80014519 0001 should be 30014519 0001 or 80014518 0100.

if you try put 80014519 0001 on GS will run the code as 80014518 0001.

basic rules for code hack address' for PS1, PS2, PSP, GC, Wii, GBA & DS, any address ends odd hex numbers always 1-byte (00), NEVER 2-byte(0000) or 4-byte (00000000).

also on real cheat device for PS1, PS2, PSP, GC, Wii, GBA & DS codes uses codetypes
