Glad I could help, I figured it was something like that. The reason I was saying beat the game with a few characters was I was almost 100% definite that it was an accumulative address, meaning that each character beat would just increase the value instead of a different address line for each character which would suck real hard to make the code.I wish this was available years ago when I actually played my DC and this game.

Hm? Instead of the four buttons you have to hit now you mean? I'm confused as to why you would want that.
You know that you can enable the different versions of Gouki through dipswitches, right?
But if you realize that and still want a code, maybe you could elaborate on your reasoning. I'm just curious as to why you would want that. :-)Select Gouki
------------
At the character selection screen, press START + LP + MP + HP
simultaneously.
Select Shin Gouki
-----------------
Enable the hidden dip switch menu. Change switch "28" (the switch in the
3rd row, 9th column) to "1". At the character selection screen,
press START + LK + MK + HK simultaneously. Unlike regular Gouki, Shin Gouki
has a double air fireball.
Select Ten Gouki
-----------------
Unlock the hidden dip switch menu. Set dip switches "27" and "28" to "1".
Switch "27" is the switch in the 3rd row, 8th column. Switch "28" is the
switch in the 3rd, row, 9th column. At the character selection screen,
press START + MP + HP + MK + HK simultaneously. Ten Gouki is like Shin Gouki,
except he also has the Shun Goku Satsu Super move.

You guys are making me feel bad about the deformed monkey paws I used to call "my hands".
Kidding aside, I know I have messed it up a few times but I was just making sure that was what you wanted. I can't think of an easy way to do the code, but I know I found some values that simulated button presses at one point.
Are there special commands on the Gameshark CDX to toggle codes on and off? It seems like I saw something about that once but I can't find it again. If there were then I could think of a few approaches but as it stands I'm simply incapable of figuring out a way to simplify that combination. But even if that's the case, hopefully someone else can jump in and figure it out for you.
