If you want to do it manually, paste in the 'Genie code into the 'Game Genie Code Converter' app, and it'll spit out it's ROM address for you.
Open the ROM with a hex editor, and just use Go To Address.

I have this program too. I have used it a lot, just not recently and it slipped my mind. I just started playing my Xbox and PSP again with some great emus on them.

Yes, I was trying to load the Master System roms by accident. The codes work great thanks.
