Note: Turn on the code to set the value to 4, then turn it back off to restore your ability to jump.

Edit:
Like with all the other ram codes I make, I used Cheat Engine.
With options such as 'same as first scan' 'value between' and 'in/decreased value by...' it makes searching so much faster.
After you find a code in Cheat Engine, you can freely change the value for use of the internal cheat searcher in the emulator.
