And as requested in PM... (just noticed there is already a cheat from Visitntx for this above, qayoom ? )

You can try this, not been able to test as I've fixed my PC finally (dead motherboard+ram) and took the opportunity to try Windows 7 RC 64 Bit, unfortunately the debugger in HazeMD crashes quite easily in Windows 7.

I had a problem loading this game on gens too,seemed almost incomplete,or maybe its the emulator being so old.

Mmm... seems I have to update my rom set, some of my roms seems to be having odd problems, as this one. For some reason and without a checksum fix it keeps booting without problem in other regions and with game genies active. Well now is deleted, have to get a new set.

I found a Master Code M27T-AA86 and the game loads. It is playable but the background becomes a mess.

I assume that's Super Street Fighter II - The New Challengers (J)

The first code sorts out the ROM check (Master Code) and the 2nd sorts out the Region Check

Keeper, I forgot to write this before, I couldn't see any protection against game genies, it seems to be more a checksum error.

Only a fix as the other game already has codes in the database.

Dunno, the did for me in real hardware and emulated. If you're using emulators try finding another version of the ROM.
