Just recently tried every Robopon rom available including a perfect .z64 file, and the codes don't work on any of them for Everdrive, only for Project 64. I'll find some other people to ask why this is happening, because it isn't the roms, it's how the gameshark works, maybe they are different versions? I might buy a legitimate copy and use a normal gameshark 3.3 if I need to.

I was reading somewhere that you may need an expansion pak for some codes to work. I assume you've tried that? The Code Hut: http://codehut.gshi.org/

Yes, like I said in an earlier post. Some codes also require the Expansion Pak, but since on Everdrive just using gameshark requires the expansion pak I can't simultaneously use these codes. The expansion pak can't do 2 things at once. Most of the Shiren 2 codes don't use the expansion pak, but I would bet these Robopon codes require the expansion pak. Seems I'll have to order a legitimate copy. Well thanks for everything, I guess I'll be off now.

My copy of Robopon arrived today so I was able to test using an actual copy and a gameshark 3.30. I tested and confirmed that the health and fuel codes do not work, with or without the expansion pak.
I can only guess that Project 64 and Gameshark 3.30 have some weird code conversion where they process this stuff differently, the game has copy protection and needs an enable code (which I really doubt), or they do use the expansion pak but somehow my expansion pak is being diverted to some other gameshark feature I don't know about. I need to do some research and testing tomorrow but honestly I'm stumped.
But thanks Tony. There are several other Japanese N64 games I'd like to request codes for eventually, but only as I need them. Is it a pain in the neck to do this or is it something that only takes like 30 minutes? I feel bad coming here to ask for stuff but not actually contribute or learn to do it myself

If you need any N64 codes, by all means post your request. No problems with that on my end.The Code Hut: http://codehut.gshi.org/

I finally got the codes working. I opened my cart to see what security chip was inside, and we found the enable code from this page

I'll take you up on your offer for more N64 codes. I warn you that some of the games I want are really boring Mahjong and Pachinko games. I understand if you dont want to do those but some are more interesting like Imagineer's RPG Zuru and Bottom Up's Onegai Monster

I'd like to add those codes to our db, but need some info (the site's in Japanese). Do you know the name of the hacker? Also, are these codes only needed when using an Everdrive, or do you also need them when using a real N64 with a Game Shark?Originally posted by Shellshocker18 View PostI finally got the codes working. Enable Code (Must Be On)
F107CCA0 0000
F106CCA2 0000
EDIT: Are you sure you posted the right codes here? The only codes I see on that page you linked to that are close are these:
F107CCA0 0000
F107CCA2 0000
One of the codes you posted is slightly different.
Also, if those are assembly codes, you can try this single code and see if it has the same effect: F107CCA0 3000Last edited by Tony H; 03-10-2018, 09:33:14 PM.The Code Hut: http://codehut.gshi.org/

So first, yes your 1 line code does work as an enable code, so its shorter than the one I found. These Codes work both using an actual gameshark with a copy of the game, and on everdrive.
Yes I accidently typed a 6 instead of another 7. My mistake. Those codes you typed are the right codes. As for that page, its Japanese and from 2001, so whoever first hacked and posted the code is hard to determine. the top reads "Below is the N64 required code list which was published by Karat's HP before." This person is probably long gone
