I was (re)playing through the game yesterday and trying out some codes from the site, and I noticed that the "move right in mid-air as magneto" code freezes the game in Regen. Just thought I'd point that out. It did work in Gens. I was playing a .md rom on Regen, if that has anything to do with it.

The "start with full life" one also didn't seem to work but didn't cause any issues.

Edit: If axel's code is added to the database I can try it out in Regen.

EDIT: As far as Axel's code, I was going to add it to the db, but there isn't a code description, so not sure exactly what it does. If you can give me a short description, I'll add it to the db.

Oh, it's the same code except you can move both left and right. So "Magneto can move left or right in mid-air after pressing A mid-jump, at walking speed" or something like that?

Alright, some notes:
-Start at full health stops working after the first level
-Faster Magneto special makes all characters' walking animations stop at the first frame
-axelnieves's code doesn't work in Regen, its effect is now that you lose 1 HP each time you press the A or B button in mid-air as Magneto.

The "Start with full health" and "Faster Magneto special" codes were made by Whipon. He is still active here, so hopefully he'll see this so he can check out the codes.

You said Axel's code makes it so that you lose 1 HP each time you press the A or B button in mid-air as Magneto. Is that with Gens or Regen, or both?

I remember a time when hardware was the deciding factor and we didn't have to tailor make codes to suit bad emulation ok my mini rant is over

Regen has better sound and you can remove all slowdown from many games.
