Re: Street Fighter II GG Codes - SNES
ummmm not sure, there 'should be'...but I not seen one, as far as I can rememebr anyway, maybe someone around could hack it, but all the Stree Fighter codes and versions kind of went NUTS in 1991 (Arcade game release) til for a good while.
I remember LOVING Street Fighter 2 on the SNES and using those mid air codes alot when my friends and family and everyone used to play way back when the game came out...but as was always with Street Fighter for awhile there as soon as that came for the SNES there was a new one at the arcades, and the mess just went from there, it was crazy for awhile, like a new Street Fighter each month or so, so if their were such codes they got lost in the muddle.
Then again the whole thing 'then' of only mostly official GameGenie people could make the codes, so then it is and was like most codes of today, after the first version, the next 700 versions are not paid much attention to, so they do go overlooked and even alot of cases unhacked and touched. Still happens today, look at CodeJunkies, 'untouched' games because some are newer versions of the game, and also Pelican does the same thing to, the draw of a new title always looks better to the eye then the same title over and over and over, no matter what new small features are added.
Not poking fun at it really, but I am a small bit, as is, those Street Fighter games really had not that many differances, the game was good, but after awhile well as always the fever dies and cools down. It is like Street Fighter version 7.8 Hyper chicken throwing edition, vs the next version Street Fighter, hyper crab and lobster throwing edition, and only differance is Chu Li's index finger is slightly more crooked when she throws a fireball.

Re: Street Fighter II GG Codes - SNES
Street Fighter 2:
Do Tricks in Midair(Cleaned up the code a bit):
45A4-C767
Street Fighter 2 Turbo:
Do Tricks in Midair(Functionality should be very similar to the original code):
7934-7401
Super Street Fighter 2:
Do Tricks in Midair(Functionality should be very similar to the original code):
7E2A-5409
Methinks I should be trying to find another hobby, or at least a different form of assembly to be modifying. This one just pans out so far away from my expectations at this point. This reality is mine. Go hallucinate your own.

Re: Street Fighter II GG Codes - SNES
I thought that code would of been done for at least Turbo. But i remember missing it in Super.
I can see you wanting to do that tho ugetab. Right now I'm not updating the site so much. Im workin on gshi battle again. Plus I'm posting at a couple forums. I got a real kick out of a star wars forum for a bit. I was having fun taunting people with that star wars special.

Re: Street Fighter II GG Codes - SNES
Very few people hack snes on the actual hardware. Very few people even HAVE all the hardware to hack on the snes (they use emulators instead). I have one of those rare devices that came out only a short time before they stopped making the snes (I have Pro-action replay 2, the more common original pro-action replay will not do it). It is slow going (much easier to hack on the emulators). Yes, I have not been able to use many codes that were more recently made because they were made on an emulator. Likewise some of the old codes don't work on the emulators (depends).
In otherwords, not to discourage you but, what you request may not be answered for a very long time here or anywhere else. Personally, I do not own a japanese SF turbo 2 and I have way too much psx stuff that I find much more interesting to hack.
On a positive note, I am guessing but, it may be possible to PORT the codes over. The adresses may just be an offset between emulation and actual hardware of the same game. Maybe one of the many snes hackers here would be nice enough to compare one code between the two and try to port the others over. Then you could help by testing the codes to see if they work. Maybe!
