Gripe all you want. Your only bet to get this is to find someone new enough to hacking that they'll do anything without thought of the requester or problems in the current scene, but skilled enough that they'll understand the SNES debugger. Barring that, it's going to be a while before a request hound falls at your feet.
I have, quite simply, repaid my debt to the hacking scene. I can say no to any request for any reason. I've put enough time into making codes that if I'm not getting a square deal for my efforts, I can quit, and spend time mowing my lawn instead.
