Sonic & Knuckles with Sonic 3 attached (Genesis, Game Genie)

      AKEA-CA3W
Tails can fly forever (he never gets tired). This makes it easy to explore levels.

      ==================================

M1 Abrams Battle Tank (Genesis, Game Genie)

      EC2A-AAH6
Much higher top speed. Make sure you leave the governor turned on or else the engine will over heat.

M1 Abrams Battle Tank was the first Genesis cart I ever bought. I always wanted to make the tank go faster. :-)

A bunch of new GG codes for Phantasy Star 4...

        RE2A-A6V4
Everyone in your party will get more experience points after battle. Good for leveling up faster. May not work for every battle.

        2J2A-AFV4
Everyone in your party will get A LOT more experience points after battle. Good for leveling up much faster. May not work for every battle.

        BA2A-AA5G
Everyone in your party will level-up to level 99 after one battle.

        AJJT-NA4G
Infinite TP outside of battle (no TP is subtracted when you use a Technique outside of battle).

        ALJT-AA6N
Infinite TP during battle (no TP is subtracted when you use a Technique during battle).

        ALRA-AA4E
Infinite use of skills during battle (no skill points are subtracted during battle).

        A22T-AA5Y
Always get items after battle. For enemies that occasionally give you an item, you will always get that item. For enemies that don't normally give you an item, you will probably get a Dagger (haven't tested it on too many enemies yet).

        AWFT-LA54
Open treasure chests as many times as you want (you can keep getting an item over and over again from a treasure chest).

        3B0A-NADW
Get twice as much meseta from treasure chests. It will still say you only got the normal amount of meseta, but if you check your stats, you'll see you got the extra money. NOTE: This code has only been tested in the beginning of the game.

        7B0A-NGDW
Get ten times as much meseta from treasure chests. It will still say you only got the normal amount of meseta, but if you check your stats, you'll see you got the extra money. NOTE: This code has only been tested in the beginning of the game.

        7BCA-JGFY
Start a new game with $1000 meseta (instead of only $500).

        CBCA-JRPY
Start a new game with $10,000 meseta.

        LBCA-JHZY
Start a new game with $50,000 meseta.

        AVCA-JAFW
Start a new game with $262,644 meseta.

        LC4A-NHYL
Get $50,000 meseta from Hahn (instead of $100) when he joins your party before going into the basement. It will still say you only got $100 meseta, but if you check your stats, you'll see you got the extra money.

          Impressive.

Phantasy Star 4 is hard to hack using Gens. Did you use HazeMD?

          Nice job, Tony.

            Thanks Chemist.

I used the modded version of Gens (Gens Tracer) to make the codes.

The "Get more experience" codes were pretty easy... There was a DIVU.W instruction that divided the amount of experience your party gets, so I changed the DIVU.W to a NOP for the first code (more experience), and changed the DIVU.W to a MULU.W for the second code (a lot more experience).

The instant level 99 code was fairly easy too... Luckily, there was some code in the game to prevent any character from going over 9,999,999 experience points. I just put a branch so that you always get 9,999,999.

The "Always get items after battle" code was kinda difficult (at least for me). It must have taken me at least 15 tries before I was able to get a trace log of an enemy dropping an item. One cool thing I found out about the trace logs from Gens Tracer (and Geiger's SNES tracer too (I Think)) is that it will not repeat routines in the same trace log file. So when I made a trace of a battle when the enemy didn't drop an item, and then another trace (in the same log file) when the enemy DID drop an item, it wasn't too hard to find the conditional branch I was looking for. Probably an easy code to make for you "68000 ASM pros", but a bit of a struggle for me. :-)

Haven't posted any new Genesis GG codes in awhile...

              NHL 98

              C45B-4A3C
Unlock the 2 hidden teams (EA Sports and THQ). Go to the "Main Menu", select "Regular Game", set your options, then when you get to "Team Select", press Up or Down on the controller until you see the hidden teams.

              =================================

              -NHL Hockey 94

              RH7A-861A
Master code (use this code if you get a blank screen).

              A40A-AA6J
The puck will always stay on the ice (when shooting).

              YVKT-CCAR
The goalies can hold onto the puck 3x as long before the ref calls a face off. Only works when the goalie blocks a shot, not when you give him the puck.

              AMLA-AA8G
Your goalie can hold onto the puck as long as you want without the ref calling a face off.

              AKMT-CA6C
Infinite energy bars (the 3 energy bars that show up when you have line changes "on").

              AV7A-AAA4
Energy bars only recharge half as fast when your players are resting.

              CK7A-AAA4
Energy bars recharge twice as fast when your players are resting.

              DP7A-AAA4
Energy bars recharge 3x as fast when your players are resting.

              EV7A-AAA4
Energy bars recharge 4x as fast when your players are resting.

              HV6A-AADA
1 minute periods. Only works when you leave the period length at 10 minutes.

              YV6A-ACDA
7 minute periods. Only works when you leave the period length at 10 minutes.

              AKRT-CA94
              Infinite time (stops the clock).

              AAXT-CA2A + ATWA-CA7G
Gets rid of some ref calls/penalties (icing, etc). This code is mainly for fun (can cause problems (like when time runs out, nothing happens, etc)).
