    I would assume any 6 digit codes from the official book are for games under 40k that don't need the compare byte, like mario 1.

    Creating multiple roms would be better for figuring out the compare for 1 6-digit code. Giving an option would be better for patching multiple 6-codes.
    Please put all complaints in writing and submit them here.

      I'll figure out what I want to do on it. I upped the line count for the world's longest Game Genie code. This turns SMB1 Mario into a beetle/koopa. Silly it's not an IPS but whatever.

        Turbo Grafx-16/PC Engine values.

        Took me a little while to come up with these, but thought I would share if anyone else finds this stuff useful lol. I just

        took existing RAM codes to find the ROM values in the games. The "Start With" codes were found by me.

        Also figured out a couple more OP codes too:

        EE change to DD
        FE change to DD

        Big thanks to Kyle who opened the door to be able to do these and his great tool GGGuy.

          Nice work orcanaoftime!
          Glad to see you making some codes now.

          Do you want me to add your codes to the database or are you thinking of being in the hacker user group?

            Thanks Mezmorize, you can add the codes for sure. I don't know how often I will make codes, what's the hacker user group?

              Awesome to see you running with this! Have fun making codes. It's addictive. I decided to put up a thread since I make codes every once in a while. Work and my kiddo get most of my spare time.

                those merely group which have previlige to addin code they self without waitin other staff to addin it
                heres example tha gorup membros--->http://gamehacking.org/hackers/daminmancejin
                and heres bity explain for--->
                I see that you are confused about this chronomoon because you are not a chronicler and these codes haven't been added to the database yet. Only chroniclers type "Codes added" after they add the codes to the database. I assume you must have saw people typing "Codes added" and you thought that they were asking for someone to add those codes to the database. But that is incorrect. When someone types "Codes added", that means that they have added the codes into the database. So when a chronicler types "Codes added", it's like a reminder/note that those codes have already been added to the database. So don't ever type "Codes added" because people will think that those codes have already been added to the database when they really have not. Instead of typing "codes added", you can type "can somebody please add these codes to the database."

                  This is the thread about it:
                  http://gamehacking.org/vb/threads/73...Your-Own-Codes!

                  Basically it just gives you the privilege to add your own codes to the database.

                  Edit:
                  Is there an emulator that can use these types of codes, or are they just hex editor addresses?
                  Not sure how to go about adding these to the database.
                  Maybe make patches like VisitntX did if you have the free time/desire.

                    Now that I have a PSP again to play my PSX games on, I will be making some PSX codes for sure. It sounds good to be able to add my own codes.

                    As for the T-16/PC Engine codes, yes they are hex addresses in the game itself. They can be patched to the game using the Game Genie Guy tool in this thread.

                      Master System nice! Now I can cheat with these games on my DS using S8DS since it (like most emus on DS) do not have cheat support.
