This program was written in Visual C++. I started off wanting to learn Delphi, but then I was already in the middle of learning Console C++ so I thought I might as well give VC++ a try. "ScytheOfUmbra" and I plan on making great things in the future since at the moment we're still a bit young we can't really do anything too big. I hope this tool becomes somewhat useful even though most people might prefer to stick to using the Windows Calculator in Programmer View.

Sure, there's always that, but it's definitely better to have a tool that does the specific thing you want it to, and nothing else.

Mind if I add it to the Downloads section?

Edit: No need to ask me for permission. Anything I contribute/release to GameHacking.org can be added to the database or download section.

              Nice app! Very handy indeed.

Off topic: What is the name of that instrumental used in the video? I've heard it before.

                    No problem.

Just a few small updates/changes to Decimal-Hexadecimal Converter Version 1.01:
                    - Version 1.01 should be slightly faster
                    - Removed the annoying message box that alerted whether or not an illegal character is typed
                    - User inputs doesn't get erased/cleared like in Version 1.00 when an illegal character is typed
                    - If an illegal character is typed it doesn't get submitted
                    - Changed the "About" so it looks more organized

                    Enjoy!

Seems like such a simple program to make a youtube video and everything. And I understand you're learning, but it shouldn't take four people to make this.

That said, I like your enthusiasm. Keep learning.

Well, it only took two. I wrote the source and since Scythe and I planned on making programs in the future, I wanted to see how this one would turn out. We placed the logo he made on this program and that's that I guess. Of course by then, the logo would probably change and Scythe and I would be using some sort of Instant Messenger so we could both work on a certain section for a program. Special thanks was given to two of my friends who helped think of a more *efficient* way to make it. I like giving credit where credit is due even if it's just the little things. Sorry for the confusion and I'll continue to learn more.

                        Also, thanks for the feedback.

I'm curious to know what ideas you have in mind.

Heh, basically anything that's useful for the scene to use. Also, I plan on being a Professional Programmer so as I continue to learn more, instead of just the scene using the programs I make/helped make, maybe other people would use them as well. I currently don't have anything in mind, and since I'm more active in NDS Hacking there aren't many tools left for a beginner like me to create.
