Yes; I spoke with them earlier; they had a server issue, which is now fixed. As a result of this issue, they're seeking a more robust hosting solution.

urlwatch
Recently I came across a useful tool to monitor Web pages for updates: urlwatch watches a list of URLs for changes and prints out unified diffs of the changes.
To watch our site at BountySource for updates, you can use my current URL list file:
It is also possible to configure urlwatch as a cron job and send change notifications via e-mail.Code:$ cat ~/.urlwatch/urls.txt # Artemis at BountySource https://artemis.bountysource.com/ https://artemis.bountysource.com/development https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/version_map https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/version_map/open https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/version_map/disputable https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/version_map/closed https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/version_map/pending https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/bug_report https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/change_request https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/feature_request https://artemis.bountysource.com/development/pending https://svn.bountysource.com/artemis

I want to inform you that my artemis-next branch has moved from BountySource to http://bitbucket.org/misfire/artemis/. Also, the trunk will no longer be updated.
I mainly did the move for technical reasons and more independence. BitBucket.org is a great place for developers and it beats BountySource in every aspect, except that it doesn't allow for monetary bounties.
Feel free to drop by, become a "follower", and submit patches.
