Hi. I also can't see the new characters portraits, but I can select them. I'm using gens 2.12, the "Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, Hack (1938)" rom. and I got a "_1635_____2001__HACK_10____.exe" patching file. I tried patching the rom but it didn't change anything.

I love this hack, and i love this guy's MK2 hack.

does anyone know more about who created this? i would love to see more of his work
or maybe even talk with him about how he did all of this,

i'd love to get my hands on a version of his MK2 hack with only the extra sounds
so i could run the (possible smaller) rom on my sega copier. (which is only 32mbit)

i'd also ask him if he has plans about adding MK1 Sonya & MK1 Kano to his MK2 hack,
cause i.m.o. that would be the best hack ever

I'm currently working on translating the readme's that came with both hacks
so if anyone wants to have it after i finish just let me know.

And again i ask : does anyone know more about this guy? a website or an email adress or something?

does he have plans on adding the intro pics and ending pics to the games?

I think some people may be interested in these. These are images of the new finishers by the original UMK3 cast. Later, perhaps tommorrow, I'll put up the brand new finishers by the new characters.

They are attatchments so again you must be logged in to view them.

thanks, oh yeah the game genie codes for the normal UMK3 also work for the hack, I used them to enable the cheat menus easier

You need the latest version to get MK2 Kung Laos Fatalities working. That is included in the attatchment in this post. Also there is a hacked version of Gens 2.12. In case you wanna play it with a later version of Gens. This newest patch should replace the old patch. So remember to make the patch and game names match..

Hey, anybody got the cheats to work?

B,A,DOWN,LEFT,A,DOWN,C,RIGHT,UP,DOWN on the start game/options menu.

The regular UMK3 code brings up all 3 cheat menus, they put the cheats for MK 3 Genesis on the movelist by mistake.

Yeah I want to know too, the pictures of the extra characters doesn't appear on the selection screen though you still and all can select them

I think the patch isn't included with the emu

Hiro I'm pm you the Hack version of Gens 2.12 & the patch to make Hack 9 to Hack 10 so you can posted here, because the hack 10 patch is needed for MK2 Kung Lao to have his Finishing moves.
