    Same here, but on NDS. We called it "Coordinates Modifier" over at another forum since you're just modifying the player's X and Y coordinates by adding or subtracting to their current stored value. If the value is big enough, the player's coordinates will be able to get within the bounds of the collision, acting as a walk through walls code.

    On NDS, look into code type 0xD4. Better yet, just write a custom routine since ARDS provides that freedom. Essentially, all you're doing is this when you use 0xD4:
    Code:
    @ Demonstration Code that can be cleaned up, of course...

    [COLOR=#008000]ldr    r0, x_coordinate
    ldr    r0, [r0][/COLOR]
    @ Some button check for right
    bne    moveLeft
    [COLOR=#008000]add    r0, r0, #SOME_VALUE[/COLOR]

    moveLeft:
    @ Some button check for left
    bne    moveSomeWhereElse
    [COLOR=#008000]sub    r0, r0, #SOME_VALUE[/COLOR]

    ...
    Edit: To subtract using code type 0xD4, you add a negative value. I'm sure CBA is probably the same way.
    I only bother with things that interest me.

      Notes
      -You don't need the Gravity Suit to move around normally in water anymore.
      -If your health goes to 0 you won't die, you also won't die if you run out of time on the Space Pirate Frigate.
      -The Save Anywhere code brings up the save menu. You can save anywhere, when you quit or die it will start you in the room you saved in.

      *Walk Through Walls And Objects*
      1: While Holding A, you can walk in mid-air.
      2: This cheat disables ALL collision!!! If you hold A while jumping you can pass through ceilings, however, you MUST release the A button before you hit the ground, otherwise you will fall through the floor!!!
      3:If you plan on going through doors,make sure you shoot the door open so the next area/room can load.
      4: Don't hold A while in Morph Ball mode.

      If someone could test these on real hardware (Specifically the Walk Through Walls and Save Anywhere) cheats, that would be great.
      I lost my Action Replay and gave my older brother my copy of Metroid Prime so I can't test out the cheats.
      They do work on Dolphin though.

        • I will make Gecko ASM hacks that work even outside Dolphin for MP1 and MP2. I wonder how you found the collision enable flag for those games.

            I'm already working on that.

            I'll send you a PM with pictures on how I found the Collision Flag. I actually found it by random chance, but I found a method to find in in like 10 seconds for both games.

            • I do the long method of pushing the activator to a static address and reading from that as a button activator. It seems to use the activator to generate the buttons pressed/hold byte flags.

              • Metroid Prime 1 and 2 use 0's and 1's to toggle button pushes.
                Each button has it's own address and the L,R, Control Stick and C-Stick use floats.
                I also randomly figured this out too, just use a 32 Bit search and search for 1 when you're holding a button and then search for 0 when you release it.

                          Try This:
                          Hold A To Walk Through Walls And Objects
                          20704C88 01000000
                          48000000 803DCBDC
                          DE000000 80008180
                          10000068 00000000
                          E0000000 80008000
                          20704C88 00000000

                          E0000000 80008000

                          I changed it from a 16-bit end if equal to a 32-bit end if equal and moved the 1 to the front and removed the "FF" at the front.
                          For whatever reason Gecko didn't properly port the code.
                          Also, the converter added an "FF" to the front.
                          I never touch Gecko codes so I never convert them and am inexperienced with Gecko codetypes.
                          Please let me know if this works for you now.
