SMB1 is a fun game to do random hacks with because you can get so many different weird & crazy effects. My favorites are the ones that change the order of the stages, enemies appear on the wrong levels, & even little, Firey Mario.
Hacking games is always fun because you don't know what's hidden in the game.

        Added.

The Hit Anywhere code was already in the database.

I hope his code descriptions are translated better before they are added to the database. I read them and there were a few that I didn't understand what his description meant.

SIGUEG ON ALL QUESTION BLOCK APPEAR TURTLE AND LOOK OUT TO TOUCH YOU CHARACTER DIE
??? What does "Sigueg" mean? and the rest of the description I don't understand

          KING 7 LIVES
          ???

@oldSchoolGamer: SIGUEG is a game genie code he just forgot to add a dash. You do have a point he needs to add better descriptions.

All these codes are invalid and should be deleted from the database.

Did you hack these codes yourself Chronomoon? Or did you get these codes from some other website?

OSG have you tried these codes on Hardware some emulators which which have code validation Require a compare value.
its a shame that people are taking emulation as the standard. these codes look as if they were random hacked or altered from existing code.
that isn't to say that the codes need better or more accurate descriptions.

AOKISA - INVISIBLE MARIO AND 8,000 POINTS ON EACH ENEMIES

                should be something like this
Enemies Pass through Mario (also gives 8,000 points each time)
my guess is as for the descriptions is that Chronomoon's first language is not English.
as for the King 7 lives
                before
                Code:
                $8839:CA DEX
                $883A:D0 23 BNE $885F
                $883C:AD 5A 07 LDA $075A = #$00
                $883F:18 CLC
                after
                Code:
                $883A:D0 23 BNE $885F
                $883C:AD 5A 3B LDA $3B5A = #$51
                $883F:18 CLC
which then constantly writes the value of 3B5A to the lives instead of 075A
                which looks like 51

                RIP MOM 6-27-52 - 12-25-10

I thought he was trolling, SIGUE (minus the G) and LLUEVE means "Go on or Continue" and "rain" in spanish. I thought he was making up Game Genie codes from foreign words.

No I didn't test them on real hardware. I tested them on Nestopia. I've found that Nestopia is more likely for codes to work than FCEUX. I get why some people feel FCEUX is the best NES emulator. It has the best debugger out of maybe any other emulator for any system. Plus all the TAS Video stuff included and the rerecording stuff. But if you use an emulator STRICTLY for playing games, then I choose Nestopia over FCEUX anyday. Right off the bat, Nestopia has functions that FCEUX doesn't have, such as mapping buttons on your gamepad to practically any function. I love being able to press the "L2" button on my (PS1 looking) gamepad to save my state. Instead of having to use the keyboard or clicking the FILE > SAVE STATE with the mouse to save my state like you have to do with FCEUX. Another ability that Nestopia has than FCEUX does not have, is the REWIND feature. I also map the REWIND feature to my gamepad (L1). I also map the Load State to my gamepad (R2). And finally, I map the 'Pause' emulator fuction to my gamepad (R1). Also, codes work more often with Nestopia than FCEUX. Plus, Nestopia is more compatible (plays more games) than FCEUX. I also like how Nestopia looks (GUI) and feels, it's built like a rock (but doesn't feel bloated). Some of these other emulators, you could knock over with a feather. Nestopia also never crashes. Finally, I believe Nestopia is more accurate than FCEUX. I believe Nestopia is the second most accurate NES emulator ('Nintendulator' is the most accurate NES emulator). So after naming all these functions/features that Nestopia has that FCEUX doesn't have, for me, it's a no brainer to use Nestopia instead of FCEUX. Remember, I am only talking about using the emulator to play games. I know FCEUX has a 100 times more features when it comes to finding/making cheat codes, debugging, recording videos/music/snapshots, etc. But I'm talking about using the emulator strictly for playing games. If someone can name one feature than FCEUX has that Nestopia doesn't have in regards to just playing games, I'd like to hear it. And don't say, well I can just use the program "Joy2Key" with FCEUX to map buttons to my gamepad. Joy2Key is not part of FCEUX, so that doesn't count as a feature that FCEUX has when comparing the two emulators.

It has a real fast forward key! That's a godsend!

As for the it plays more games thing, trust me, the games Nestopia plays over FCEUX are obscure Japanese games that you will never ever play.

One of the bigger reasons for this is because FCEUX loses track of the compare values when cheats are toggled on & off. I'm pretty sure it's by design, but a compare field in the cheat search would go a long way. As it is now, 8 digit codes are effectively reduced to 6 digits when toggled. Some cheats absolutely must have compare values, or they will crash the game or cause other glitches. That one had me stumped for a while... why would a code work properly one time and not another? It's probably something that should be mentioned in the docs.

Heck yeah, useful for hackers and gamers alike. Great for speeding up the hacking process, or for playing RPGs that demand a lot of grinding

The term "grinding" in relation to playing video games... I read the definition. But I have a question about the term. Would killing enemies that roam around outside on the map, in (SNES) Zelda: A Link to the Past, be considering "grinding"? Would that be a correct example of grinding? Does "necessity" or "optional" effect the use of the term? Because in that game, you don't necessarily HAVE to kill those enemies, but everyone still does and sometimes it's quicker and safer to advance to the next screen if you kill them (if they are in your way or blocking a path/exit)

I should have said to name two features
