I have some notes about the codes above:
First the Terminator Debug Menu codes:
There's no way to access it through a button combination. I had to hack the game so it goes to the Debug Menu sub routine. This sub routine its not called in any part of the game code.
Also, all the cheats for this game at Gamefaqs are fake.

About the Golden Axe Stage Order Edit Codes:
I made them because the game its a bit short. Using these codes you have a short route and a long one.

Here are 2 of your code requests. Will work on the other one tomorrow.

Note that the ROM I used was labeled as a "JE" ROM, but the ROM says it's a "J" only ROM, and the title screen is in Japanese. This may not be the same ROM that you're using. When I get time, I'll see if I can find a different ROM. Let me know if these codes work for you. If they don't work, it's just a matter of finding the right ROM and porting them over.
